Eat What Loves You

The best way to get the most out of life is to find that sweet balance between doing what you love and what loves you. In terms of food, it’s about finding what tastes great and makes you feel great.

Recipes can be a great source of inspiration. However, what works best for me is taking the tastes I love and combining them with the greatest nutrients/antioxidants in a trial and error process until both mind and body are enhanced to full potential.
